Range of Cartons for off the shelf Self-Test Kits

We’ve recently produced a range of cartons for SelfCheck who are leaders in providing a range of self-test medical Kits available on-line and from pharmacies throughout the UK.

The cartons were printed on our Litho press which can print on stocks up to 0.88mm thick making it ideal for cartons and boxes for medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and many other products.

Printed on Scan Elegance 500micron, the material gives the boxes a clinical feel. The print is sealed overall with an aqueous silk and then laminated to ensure it is durable.

The flat sheets are die-cut, trimmed, creased and folded and have the glue strip side seam applied on our folder/gluer and are supplied flat ready to have the contents inserted to make up the kit.

Our CAD studio can help you to decide which style of box will best suit your requirements. We can print sample designs using our Jetpress High Definition digital press.

We have made life-size boxes, printed thousands of small boxes, boxes for games, soaps, books and bags using our workhorse litho press or the fast and accurate Jetpress. For BIG boxes we use our flatbed Jetrix wide format printer which can print HUGE when necessary!

You can add those finishing touches such as lamination, aqueous seals or foil blocking to make you packaging stand out from the crowd!
