Printing Dies for Carton and Packaging

Printing Dies – In-house die-making at Kingfisher Press

For many years we have used a local company to make our printing dies which has involved using specialist equipment to produce the dies for folders, labels, stickers, cartons, boxes and cards etc. We now have this facility in-house.

David, who has recently joined the Kingfisher Team, makes all the die’s using a tried and tested method involving a CAD machine and hand crafting the dies to ensure perfect results.

Our newly re-furbished CAD studio is situated on the factory floor at Kingfisher Press and ready to make printing-dies. Having said goodbye to our old Xerox machine we had an empty studio with all the right facilities to house the die making equipment and David!

We can now provide a full in-house service for making short run digital boxes. Whether you need a prototype or sample box for a sales pitch or a short print run of boxes we can help.

It means that we can print 1 or 10 prototype boxes.  Whether you want the same or a selection of designs on appropriate board or material we can help. Useful for sales pitches and presentations.

David will continue to make high quality dies for print and packaging companies from his new studio here in Suffolk.
