We work with Jess Cooks to produce their custom-colored sleeves for their delicious range of kids’ meals. Printed on Elegance 255gsm using our Jetpress 720s High Definition digital press, these sleeves were precision-creased and folded for a perfect fit. To ensure durability for the freezer, we applied a freezer-compatible tape, making the packaging both functional and visually appealing.

The Jetpress 720s delivers exceptional print accuracy and consistency, allowing us to produce high-quality packaging in short runs—ideal for market testing, limited edition products, or seasonal launches.

Pie Sleeves for Blackwells Farm Shop

We also worked with Blackwells Farm Shop to create custom pie sleeves in two different sizes. Designed with precision and crafted using our in-house die-making facilities, we ensured the sleeves fit seamlessly around their uniquely shaped pies. The result? A premium, perfectly tailored packaging solution that enhances product presentation while maintaining brand identity.
