Brownie Box Printed Sleeves

We always love working with local companies and Brownie and the Bean have been a pleasure to work with.

To ensure we could provide exactly what the Brownie and the Bean team were after we supplied a CAD proof of their sleeve design. It’s all in the detail when it comes to sleeves, a millimetre out can make all the difference when the print is for a specific job – like wrapping around a specific size box – it has to be spot on!

The sleeve is to wrap around a kraft box and inside that box could be a delicious Chocolate Orange Brownie or Lotus Biscoff Blondie!! The Box Sleeve wraps are printed on 250gsm magno satin which is often used for printed box wraps of all shapes and sizes. Magno satin is a high quality and reliable paper with a rich, smooth feel. The sleeves were creased and trimmed and supplied with tape ready to wrap around the brownie boxes and be secured in place.

Kingfisher Press Printed Box Wraps, Sleeves & Cartons

Cartons and boxes come in all shapes and sizes and some need sleeves or printed box wraps. Our diverse range of studio, printing and finishing equipment gives us the ability to offer a full end to end service for print packaging.

Our CAD studio can work with you to find the best solution for your printed box wraps, sleeves or cartons, provide prototypes for testing design, closing options or as samples. Our Wideformat flatbed Jetrix can print on an area 1.5 x 3m – so if you want a huge box – we can do it!!

Using the Jetpress 720s, our High Definition digital press, we can print 1 or 100 boxes or cartons for presentations, prototypes or short run promotions. Once your design is finalised, if you require a larger volume, our Litho presses can print thousands fast and efficiently.

And to finish we have a new folder and gluing machine which has been added to our in-house finishing equipment. This fantastic piece of engineering can fold and glue sleeves and boxes of all shapes and sizes. This helps to speed up workflow and offers a quicker solution than hand finishing. If your project is complex and requires hand finishing we will of course continue to offer this service.
