Paper with Great Green Credentials

Are you looking for a paper with high green credentials? Is sustainability one of your highest priorities? Read about a paper new to us made using algae blooms from Venice.

Recently we have produced an attractive Look Book along with a range of supporting print items including stickers, tissue paper, wraps and small cartons.

The 24pp Look Book was printed on our Jetpress 720s digital printer on a really nice paper called Shiro Alga Carta which comes from a range of papers from Favini and has very high ecological credentials. Shiro Alga Carta began life as a way to use the damaging algal blooms of the Venice lagoon. Today this concept has been extended to other fragile marine areas. As well as using an exceptional environmentally friendly paper the Look Book also displays the World Land Trust carbon balanced logo. This means not only has the paper stock been carbon balanced, which cost less than £1, but because Kingfisher Press is a Carbon Balanced Printer, the entire printing and delivery processes has also been carbon balanced. The resulting carbon has been offset with a donation to the world land trust.
