Digitally Printed Books with the Jetpress 720s

We’ve just printed two lovely books by author Peter Grimwood.

The first of these digitally printed books is a guide for clock enthusiasts and professional repairers who want to restore the Moon mechanism in a grandfather clocks.

The second is ‘A Collectors Guide to Planispheres’. To quote the book introduction: A Planisphere shows you a picture of the stars in the sky at any chosen time and date. The book features 200 years of Card Planispheres with notes on their history and background.

Working with Kingfisher Press on this project has been very easy. The lads at Kingfisher were friendly and easy to talk to – they explained the process and really took care over the whole job. I was really impressed with the quality of the digital printing – thanks guys!

Both Peter’s books are printed on Essential Velvet with Matt Laminate covers which gives them a beautiful finish. The Jetpress 720s has superior colour print quality and has produced the intricate details of the illustrations in both books perfectly.
