24th June 2014 by Kingfisher Press
Well done to all who cycled 205 miles on Monday in aid of the Sick Childrens Trust.
In 1939 Tommy Godwin set a world record by cycling 75,065 miles in a year, an average of 205 miles everyday so a group of cyclists, including Jon Doidge, MD at Kingfisher Press Ltd decided to take up the challenge of cycling 205 miles in one day!!! If you would like to donate please click here.
The Sick Childrens Trust provides free, high-quality ‘Home from Home’ accommodation, as well as emotional and practical support, to families with sick children in hospital in the UK.
Everyone completed the challenge – well done boys !!!! Check out the vide of the last lap here – they all look remarkably well considering they have been on a bike for nearly 15 hours !!!!!
