Home Making Chocolate Lollipop Cartons

We have worked with Petite & Sweet for several years now printing their delightful cartons for a range of ‘make at home’ chocolate treats.

The latest cartons are printed on Incada silk which is a high quality board for luxury packaging. The kits are for chocolate lolly making sharks and unicorns and are beautifully designed in the same style as the Farm Animal and Reindeer Lolly Kits we have printed previously.

The boxes are die-cut and made up ready for the special home making kits to be inserted. With a die-cut euroslot on the top closing fold, the packs are ready to be hung on the shelves for all those keen bakers and chocolate makers to purchase and take home!

Kingfisher Press and Cartons

Cartons and boxes come in all shapes and sizes. We have a diverse range of studio, printing and finishing equipment which gives us the ability to offer a full end to end service for packaging.

Our CAD studio can help you to find the best solution for your carton design, provide prototypes for testing, investigating closing options or as samples.

Using the Jetpress 720s, our High Definition digital press, we can print 1 or 100 cartons for presentations, prototypes or short run promotions.

Our XL75 Heidelberg press can print on stocks up to 0.8 mm thick making it ideal to print longer run cartons and boxes.

We can also provide cartons with window boxes in all shapes and sizes with a variety of closing options including crash-lock, tuck in and reverse tuck in end.

Our folder and gluing machine is a fantastic piece of engineering that can fold and glue boxes of all shapes and sizes. It helps speed up workflow and offers a quicker solution than hand finishing. If your project is complex and requires hand finishing, we will of course continue to offer this service.
