Made in Suffolk – Master Herbalist Cartons

We have recently worked with a locally based company who make a range of herbal based gifts and toiletries. The Master Herbalist, based near our premises in Bury St Edmunds, make a range products sourced as locally as possible to assure the quality that is associated with British made products.

The Master Herbalist tries to work in partnership with nature and the ethos that inspires them can be summed up by the words: natural, herbal, restoring. Its always a pleasure working with companies who have sustainability in their list of top priorities.

We produced a range of different shapes and style boxes for The Master Herbalist. Some printed on Kraftpack, which is fast becoming one of our most popular carton and box boards. It has a great natural look and with high tear and stiffness it suits packaging for a wide range of products. It’s also easily recycled, biodegradable and compostable.

For other cartons we have used a different material, Scan Elegance. This material gives a great finish when the box style is decorative and colourful. Its used widely for greetings cards, cartons, point of sale, boxes and much more. The cartons are finished with an aqueous gloss seal to give the colour a lift! Aqueous seals are all water-based and can be widely recycled.

All the cartons were printed and die cut to shape and with a side seam glue strip and supplied flat to the client.
