Flash Card Boxes and Cartons

Cartons for Educational Cards

Cartons and boxes are becoming more and more popular. This year we have produced a huge range of boxes and cartons in different shapes and sizes.

Recently we worked with Michael L Harper to produce two flash card boxes. The card boxes, designed by Michael, are for sets of dry wipe, interactive, re-suable flash cards designed as teaching and learning tools. The cards can be written on, then wiped clean ready for the next person to use. You can find out more and buy the cards here.

The boxes are printed on Scan Elegance 280gsm. This material gives a great finish when the box style is decorative and colourful. It’s used widely for greetings cards, cartons, point of sale, boxes and much more and comes in a range of weights from 235 – 380gsm or 360 – 650 micron.

The boxes were printed on our Jetpress 720s, die cut and then applied with a side seam gluing. The Jetpress is currently the King of Cartons here at Kingfisher Press!

You can find out more here about the wipe clean flash cards and their superbly printed boxes along with a range of other educational print and products from Michael L Harper here: https://www.michaellharper.com/shop

Jetpress 720s – King of Cartons

Our Jetpress 720s has been working flat out to keep up with the demand in short run colour packaging we have seen over the past few months.

The Jetpress can take up to B2 size sheets and gives us the ability to print a wide range of boxes, whether you need one for a presentation, 10 for sampling or 1000 for a promotion or seasonal product.

The high definition capabilities of the Jetpress with its accuracy and attention to detail make it the perfect option for short run digital carton print. And with no plates, little waste and consistency in colour management it’s a great economical option for short run, prototypes and sample packaging.

We often provide sample packaging designs on the Jetpress – ready for a longer run on the litho presses. Having a ‘wet proof’ from the Jetpress shows marketing and development teams how the design will look before investing in a longer litho run.
